PA BRIDGETON — Bridgeton Township Planning Commission made data center development standards a priority. Chair Chris Burke reported that municipalities throughout the region are establishing data center ordinances, and Vice Chair Kelly Buechler and Commissioner Greg Gerhardt agreed the township should follow suit. The commission voted to consult with the Board of Supervisors to determine alignment and the BTPC's role.
The commission also received a report on the process of updating the township's zoning ordinance to align with the Comprehensive Plan, with the Board of Supervisors having determined that revisions will be handled by an outside consultant.
